A special highlight of this lovingly designed apartment is the cast-iron fireplace for romantic evenings. In summer, you can enjoy the sun and the view of St. Annenkirche. Ideal for 2 people, but also a third person can be accommodated. Keyless access ensures an easy stay. The space The mix of antique furnishings and modern furniture make up the special charm of the apartment "Herrenzimmer". In the living room, the cast-iron fireplace provides rustic coziness. Make yourself comfortable in the Chesterfield sofa or on the wing chair. A modern TV with cable connection provides the necessary entertainment. You can also enjoy the blazing fireplace or watch your favorite show from the dining table. The bedroom, which is covered with fabric, creates a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The 180 x 200 cm double bed is spacious. On the day bed you can retreat or it serves a third guest as a bed (90 x 200). All rooms are off the hallway, as well as the shower room and kitchen, from which you have access to the spacious balcony. Here you will also find lounge furniture in summer to enjoy the evening or the sunny day. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need during your stay. A ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The fridge has a small freezer. We offer our guests keyless, flexible access without annoying key handovers. Public parking is available in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. The St. Annenkirche is about 400 m away, the market square about 800 m. Other things to note We provide bed linen and towels free of charge. Dogs and cats are not allowed on this property. In the same house is the apartment LOFT STUDIO ANNABERG, where you are welcome to bring your dog. An online check-in must be done before arrival. The city of Annaberg-Buchholz charges a guest tax per guest per day.
