Walking distance to local restaurants, Bakeries, Souvenir shops, and from a major Supermarket, Massey. Directly across the street to Diamond Falls. No Shuttle service Private access to the rear entry of the home. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. 1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. 2. Check/In time is 4:00 p.m and Check/Out time is 11:00 a.m 3. No beach shoes inside the home. 4. No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted out on the balcony. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. 5. No parties or events. 6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. Guest will be charged a fee for any additional guests. 7. Quiet time after 11 p.m. 8. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 9. Please wash your dishes and dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 10. No pets allowed. 11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to AirBnB. 13. Please take care of the furnishings. Guest will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 14. Please don’t move or rearrange the furniture 15. No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises. 16. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance. .Any requests for a late check-out will be subject to approval and may incur a 25 feefor each additional hour beyond the designated check-out time. Please confirm any late check-out requests at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. 17. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
