Dining for 8 on the patio, beside grill w/ iron chiminea, w/ hammock & private seating area hidden by tall pampas grasses under a willow tree. 1000 sq. foot organic garden in back and side yard. Please ask about commercial parking in my lot (in advance, for an upcharge of $50 per week ( up to a 16' box truck), paid directly to host, not thru the platform.) ( Note: The owner retains the right to change parking availability temporarily based on the need to access the garage. Other things to note Rent By the weekend or the week. Multiple-week & monthly stays with ID in addition to Airbnb agreement for an individual, couple or 2 professionals can share. Additional cleaning fees /week for bathrooms and kitchen of $35/week will apply to Mid-term stays. All Pets are by exception with pre-approval. I will consider the situation and the dog. There's an open-sided staircase to the 2nd floor and a knee wall on the 2nd with an open handrail, so falling risk is great... no toddlers, young children or special needs guests, please. There is a big park with a ball field, swing set and jungle gym and dog work out, half a block away. One bath towel is provided per guest for 2 night stays with 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. Mid term stays 4 towels per individual, etc. Guest is asked to wash their bed linens every week to 10 days and towels weekly. DO NOT THROW BEDSPREADS, QUILTS, MATTRESS PADS ON THE FLOOR WHEN YOU LEAVE. They are washed monthly. If you soil them, please put them in the washing machine and run it on heavy before you leave. Host will put in dryer.
