Other things to note Please read if booking in October or November 2025: A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of 2025. Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately ½ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible. Security Camera Notice: The premises is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons.
