Two additional bedrooms and a full bath with walk-in shower are located on the first level. Downstairs also includes a roomy chef's kitchen with a large island, open dining area, a spacious family room with soaring ceilings, gas fireplace, and large screen TV, and a full laundry room. Reserve transient mooring at one of the surrounding marinas and have your boat available for cruising right into Grand Haven to avoid searching for a parking spot!
