Renovated in 2021, this 1280 sq. ft. three bedrooms, 1.75 baths with open concept living offers space for family and friends all the while showcasing incredible lake views. Separate from the house is a seasonal 300 sq. ft. guest suite*. Private lakeshore with 50' dock and sand bottom beach for wading. A mix of stone and wood interior and exterior elements gives off quintessential lakeshore lodge vibes while providing modern-day comforts. Cast off from the dock as the area is a known fishing hot spot. An elevated fire pit is a perfect place to enjoy light rainy days with its overhead tree coverage. In the winter, hop on the snowmobile trails from the driveway or from the lake and head out for a day of fun. Four sets of snowshoes and three sleds are available for use during your stay if you want to stay closer to home. Hot chocolate, coffee, and tea are stocked. *Guest suite has a kitchenette, private bathroom, baseboard heat, portable A/C unit, and is only available between 5/6/24-10/12/24. Getting around by car is the easiest form of transportation, but can bike to area restaurants and Moonlite Square gas station to pick up a few forgotten items. Seasonal vehicles such as boat, snowmobile and ATV are used to visit area businesses. Late night shuttle is available in Crosslake for sober rides home. Main house has a wall furnace and two wall unit Splits that provide A/C and heat. Guest house has baseboard heat and a portable A/C unit.
