We invite you to relax in our charming 3-bedroom bungalow and enjoy everything that the region has to offer! Take a short walk to the Bay of Quinte. Drive (under 30 min) to all major beaches (2 seasonal passes incl). Visit local wineries and trendy restaurants. Take a bike ride down the Millenium trail. Stargaze in a hot tub and detox in a cedar sauna. Curl up on a couch by the wood-burning fireplace with a Netflix and a glass of local wine. Listen to some oldies and enjoy our retro-vibes. The space Midcentury-modern inspired, our place is vibrant and cozy. This superhost listing is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 bedrooms + den). It is best suited to respectful guests who love to explore the County or appreciate the serenity of a small town. We offer fully-stocked renovated kitchen with all of the modern appliances, air-conditioning, brand new mattresses and bedding (king bed in our awesome master bedroom), Netflix, Disney+ and board games to make sure you are having a good time. (Please note that the entrance to one of the bedrooms passes through the main washroom). The outdoor area has a brand new hydrotherapy hot tub with UV filtration and a cedar barrel sauna, both suitable for 6 people. Backyard also features a seasonal comfy patio set and a bbq, as well as propane burning fire pit. Guest access Entire place is yours to use; keypad self-check in. Other things to note By booking your stay at Kente Lodge, you agree to abide by Covid-19 restrictions of the Province of Ontario and, specifically, Hastings And Prince Edward County Health Unit, including gathering limits (where applicable) and other Covid safety measures. Please note there’s a noise by-law after 7:30 pm. Our place is surrounded by neighbours and is absolutely not suitable for parties. Please note that the Quinte West region is charging Municipal Accommodation Tax, or MAT - a 4% tax charged on the cost of fixed roof transient accommodations sold for a continuous period of less than 30 days. Guests must sign a liability waiver for hot tub and sauna use prior to guest's arrival. Capacity is limited to 6 people. No additional people on premises, please.
