This Casita is centrally located. Just 20 minutes from airport, downtown San Diego, beaches, Julian Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Sea World and many other attractions. Tea and Keurig Coffee provided. This Casita is in a very private setting at the base of Mt Helix on over 1 1/3 acre. It is situated about 100 feet from main home with fruit and Avocado trees providing extra privacy. There is a gas fire pit, salt water pool and tree house on the property for guest use. It is set in the ideal location as it is 20 minutes from downtown, beaches, the airport and in close proximity to San Diego attractions. There is plenty of space with a private bedroom w a King bed, full closet, desk and a queen pullout bed in the living room. Pets are allowed but must be on leash while out doors as this is a rural area. Bathroom includes a bathtub. Washer Dryer are in the storage next to Casita. There is room to store bikes there during your stay if you would like. Kitchen includes an eat-in bar. Outdoor patio includes dining area and Charcoal Bar-b-que.
