Brand new large capacity washer and dryers will get the job done quickly. The open layout from kitchen to living room features a full wall of windows gazing to the outside. When you wander on the porch, you'll immediately notice the beautiful landscape of Paupack Hills golf course. With open views there's plenty of time to sit and watch the deer graze along the edge of the property or bird watch. There's plenty of activity in the tall trees canopy which make for an ideal relaxing bird watching spot. As the day turns to night, please enjoy the firepit and the bright stars. The nights here are just as great as the days. When traveling out of the home you'll notice how close we are to two lakes. Tanglwood lake is the closest lake to here which is great for canoeing or paddle boarding. We have two inflate paddle boards and life vests available. The fishing is also great with bass, panfish, catfish and pike. As you venture out of the neighborhood and take on the vast view of the glorious Lake Wallenpaupack you see it's a very short drive. The community offers a private marina with a boat ramp which is available for guests and included in the stay. This waterfront property comes with a gazebo with large charcoal grille and a private beach with a floating dock. We are centrally located between 9 ski mountains all about an hour or less of a drive. You can go shopping at the outlets or rent ATV's. Don't miss the indoor waterparks for the kids! There are also quite a few casinos located close to Fawn Ridge Escape with available bus service from Paupack Hills Country Club, you can be sure to have a fun and even more important, safe time.
