If you are noise sensitive this is not the place for you as the Bungalow is on US1 and directly behind is the railroad,some people love trains!!! There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher so you have to do the dish’s the old fashioned way! Please park in the front of the Bungalow and not at the side. One side is the septic and I do not own the land to the north. The Bungalow is a no smoking inside property if found to have smoked inside there will be a $300 deep Cleaning fee. There are approximately 4 places within walking distances to eat at. The once a year Grant Seafood Festival is walking distance from the Bungalow and is getting bigger and bigger every year.
