Beautiful spacious ranch home with walkout basement on crystal clear Wheeler Lake. Property offers 2 large decks with spectacular views and 3 piers for swimming, fishing or docking your boat. 5 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of room for entertaining or relaxing. In addition to the 5 BR, there is a double air mattress available for use if needed. Fully stocked kitchen with many small appliances. Internet service is included, as well as 'YouTube TV' and 'Disney +'. Large fire pit area overlooking the lake. 3 kayaks, stand-up paddle board, pedal boat and various water toys (skis, kneeboards, wakeboards, tube, etc) are included. Wheeler Lake is a 290 acre, 35' deep lake that is Full Rec during the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., with no-wake before and after that. No-wake time is great for kayaking, swimming and fishing. Good fishing for bass, panfish and northern with the occasional walleye or crappie. Lakewood is a quaint Northwoods town with convenient retail options for grocery, hardware, bait shop, rental for water sports and a 3-story candy store. The area has great supper clubs, sports bars, breakfast places and pizza places. There is also an 18 hole golf course 3 minutes from the property. Can access ATV and snowmobile trails from the property! We know that mother nature is fickle so make your snowmobile reservation with confidence - if the trails are forecast to be closed you may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior. Sufficient parking space for several trailers. Re-opened in winter of 2020 is Paul Bunyan Ski Hill- great for a quick few hours of hitting the slopes or for kids learning to ski. Summer rental period is for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum for other seasons. Check in at 4:00 p.m. and check out at 10:00 a.m.
