This guest cottage is central located in the Tampa Bay Area! 3 miles from Downtown (Riverwalk, Armature Works, Convention Center, Sparkman Wharf). 2.7 MILES from Raymond James Stadium. A short drive to numerous gulf beaches. Wonderful restaurants, breweries, parks and coffee shops all within walking distance or a short drive away. We are dog friendly for a fee! No cats sorry. The space The Guest Cottage is a studio with a queen size bed, sofa, dining area, kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, electric plug in pot burner, Keurig, (coffee and creamer provided) and large smart TV. We have a fenced in back yard and seating area for your relaxation. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo and body wash. Wifi and Parking included. The back yard is a typical florida back yard not much true grass mainly sand mixed with weeds. (Biggest drought since living in Tampa-update April 2026) Big enough for your pup to get some fresh air. Guest access Parking is provided 1 vehicle or 2 small compact cars on the left side of the driveway Walking, Biking, Car transportation are reliable methods of getting around the neighborhood. All depends what brings you to the Tampa Bay Area. Please ask us for any recommendations around. Other things to note -No smoking inside or outside of the guest house. $300 fine.
