The space This 4 bedroom and 3 bath house with private wooded yard is your perfect year round getaway. Minutes away from Sunday River resort, Mt. Abrams, Bethel center, Cross country skiing, snowmobile and ATV trails. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen mudroom, game room, hot tub, fire pit, 2 car garage and air conditioning. All furnishings and hot tub are brand new. Every bedroom has had a mini split unit installed, providing each room with heat and air-conditioning. The kitchen/living room also has a mini split unit. This system is additional to the baseboard heating system found throughout the home. A standby, automatic generator isalso installed. This is one of the only properties in Bethel that comes with garage access. Guests will be provided with a virtual garage door opener via an app during their stay. I have had two full size trucks parked inside, so it is definitely large. Keep your vehicle out of the elements. No need to clean snow off of your car before heading off to the mountain to ski. 1-2 cars can be parked in the garage, depending on the size of the vehicles. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Also the guests have access to the two car garage. Other things to note Fire wood is stored in the garage and a cart is provided to move firewood to the fire pit.
