The space Villa Le Cannicelle is a spacious three-storey Mediterranean villa with infinity pool and panoramic sea views, perched 56 metres above sea level on a beautiful hillside overlooking the Cilento Coast. From the terraces and pool area the views stretch for miles along the Italian coastline — from the mountains of the Calabria region on one side to the wild natural coastline of Punta Infreschi between Scario and Marina di Camerota on the other. Surrounded by Mediterranean woodland, ancient olive trees and cork oak typical of the Gulf of Policastro area, the villa offers a peaceful and authentic coastal atmosphere. DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS: The villa is arranged over three partially self-contained levels, making it particularly well suited for large families or groups of friends travelling together. Each level offers its own living spaces, allowing guests to spend time together while still enjoying privacy when needed. LOCATION: The villa is located on a dominant hillside just 700 metres from the long sandy beach of Villammare. The small marina and village centre are less than 1 mile away and can be reached on foot, although a car is recommended as the final part of the road leading to the villa is steep. The surrounding coastline of Cilento National Park is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of Southern Italy. Parking for 10 cars. Other things to note The published rates refer to the rental of the villa and include all utilities. All bedrooms and living areas of the villa are equipped with air conditioning, except the kitchen. Ground floor rooms also have ceiling fans. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 people (10 adults + 4 children). House keeping service is also included in the price for 4 hours a day (9am to 1pm), 6 days a week. The change of bed linen takes place on a weekly basis; the change of bathroom linen takes place twice a week (Wednesday and Sturday). Beach towels are not provided but you can rent them on site at an extra cost. The tourist tax of the municipality of Vibonati (1 euro per night per person during summer months) is to be paid on site upon arrival. Children up to 10 years old are exent.
