Located up and back from the road, enjoy privacy AND views! 10-20 minutes from most major attractions, it's the perfect place to recharge after an adventure. This apartment is the ground level of a home built in 2020, and this apartment was designed with separation and privacy in mind. You'll love the beautiful views from your indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is compact, but designed for usability and functionality. The 2-burner cooktop, over-the-range convection/microwave oven, and single-rack dishwasher make cooking for 2-4 people convenient (all dishware/pans/etc. was selected to fit the space conveniently). Whole beans from Loyal Coffee Roasters (our favorite) provides real local flavor just steps from your king-size Tuft and Needle bed. Besides the king bed in the bedroom, the living room has two large chairs that convert to twin beds (like small sofa beds), in addition to a full-size couch. No smoking on property. Local trails are walkable from the apartment (lots of hills in the area). Walk to several attractions, or short drives if you prefer. Parking for 2 or more vehicles right in front of the apartment. NOTE: No parking allowed at 7 Falls, so you can either walk the 1-mile through the open-space trail OR drive to the shuttle lot a few miles away. Zoo parking is plentiful and easy. The Broadmoor Resort has cheap visitor parking and Valet parking, whichever you prefer. Other things to note If you have a goose down allergy, let us know so we can remove the feather pillows/comforter before you check in. Apartment has a dedicated heat pump for heating and cooling, which means you are not sharing ventilation with the rest of the house (and you can set your own thermostat). Driveway is not flat (nor is the neighborhood). You don’t get these views without going up, but there’s plenty of space to turn around even the largest delivery vehicles at the top of the driveway.
