Location Whether you’re in town for a day or a longer stay this unit has everything you need to be comfortable. Located minutes from downtown and within walking distance to the CNE and Queen Street bars. A short drive from the Gardiner and 2 min from a major streetcar hub, the location is simply ideal. Parks and Lakeshore are also a short distance away as are many festivals and activities. If in town for business in the core, there are options available for commute. Parking is on a first come, first served basis but there are always 2-3 spots available. The Unit The apartment is in an updated building but the unit is admittedly a bit old school but has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Linens, towels, cutlery, shampoo and conditioner, comfortable queen size bed, dining area and a desk area for those WFH. Bathroom was recently reglazed and tiled.
