Basement/Studio with private entrance. Welcome to our fully renovated basement/studio with a private entrance in a good and quiet neighborhood. There are two queen sized beds in the bedroom and the living room couch also pulls out to become a bed. It is fully furnished with brand new appliances. Our place is professionally cleaned between guests for your safety and comfort. It is less than 5 minutes away from 85 and about 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. I hoe you enjoy staying at our place. The space One bedroom studio/basement, kitchen, refrigerator, bath, washer and dryer, Iron, tv, cable, free wifi, computer for use while on property, a desk, etc. Guest access Private entrance Other things to note Thank you for being our guest. There is a $200 security deposit for guests staying longer than (5) nights. Before you leave please: Put the bedsheet(s) and comforter(s) on the washer/dryer. Rinse all dirty dishes in the sink Put all trash in trash bags and put them outside by the garbage can.
