The Orchard Suite is located in the finished basement of our home that is surrounded by a working apple farm owned by my family who settled in western North Carolina in the late 1700s and found fertile fields and abundant water. The apple orchard is surrounded by managed forest which includes abundant wildlife. It has a private entrance, full kitchen, full bath to include a washer and dryer. The Suite overlooks our fish ponds where you can bring the family to fish for freshwater trout or catfish. In winter, visit Black Bear Snow Tubing located on the property. You are about 40 minutes from Asheville and just around the corner from Chimney Rock State Park. Point Lookout Vineyard is just one mile away.
