Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing. After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65 in smart TV. Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool. If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area. This is a perfect venue for outdoor group gatherings of less than 40 people, such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and weddings. However there will be an additional charge of $500 for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event. During the winter season, October to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.
