The space Sandpiper Wing is located on the first floor with private porch on the right side of the building. You walk into the open dining area with 4 chairs and full kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and baking with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, pots/pans, measuring cups, and more! There is a full-sized fridge. To the right is the bathroom with tub/shower combo. Moving on is the bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, and closet. To the left of the front door, you'll come to what could be a second bedroom (with private closet and its own door), but is set up as a den with a sofa and large smart TV. Sandpiper Wing offers you a serene, comfortable environment for whatever you have planned. Sandpiper Wing is unit #3 of 6 within a historic apartment building, which was the general store in the 1930s. Units #1 (Pelican Point), #5 (Blue Heron Nest) and #6 (White Heron Nest) are also short-term rentals, while 2 ys a long-term tenant.
