The space Welcome to our light-filled, one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the Hodgdon Yacht Marina. The space offers a truly unique stay, making you feel like you're on a private yacht with all the comforts of a newly updated loft. Main Living Area: An open-concept space surrounded by large windows, providing panoramic views of the marina and water. Settle into the comfortable swivel chairs to watch the boats go by or enjoy a movie on the TV. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs during your stay. Bedroom & Bathroom: A hallway off the main living area leads to the bathroom, which features a refreshing rainfall shower. Further down, you'll find the peaceful bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed, cozy bedding, and its own beautiful water views. A nightly dock fee is offered at a discounted rate for our Sail Loft guests. * Suitability for Children: Due to the marina setting, the presence of commercial vehicles and equipment on the premises, and the risk of a fall from the pier, Sail Loft is not an appropriate setting for small children or infants.
