It has everything you need to spend a few days in Serra Gaúcha. 🏡 The space consists of a single-story cabin with a mezzanine, featuring: - 50m²; - 1 full bed in the mezzanine; - 1 whirlpool on the mezzanine; - 1 2-seater sofa and 1 double sofa bed on the ground floor; - Heater, Wi-Fi and Smart TV; - 1 bathroom with a gas shower; - Complete kitchen with gas stove, microwave, gas oven, minibar, appliances, countertop, and other kitchen utensils; - 18,000-BTU air-conditioning conditioning; 🌄 The land is very large, with a patio and a fully fenced garden, featuring: - Deck to enjoy the view and sunset; - Space to park the vehicle next to the house; - Chairs to sit and enjoy the garden and nature; - Space to play with the kids; - Space for your pet to run free; - Outdoor barbecue with skewers; - Horizontal hammock on the deck to enjoy the stars; 👀🔌🐕🐈🚭🛏️🛁 Other important information: - The house voltage is 220v. - The accommodation is Pet Friendly. Feces must be collected, including those in the yard, and pets must be properly trained and well-behaved. - Third-party visitors are not allowed to enter the accommodation. - No smoking inside the house. - Bed linens, pillows, blankets and covers, and 1 bath and face towel per guest are provided. - The cabin is not suitable for the elderly and children under 7 years of age, due to the mezzanine stairs and the height of the deck. 🐕‍🦺 Note: The owners have a pet dog named Pipoca. She is very gentle and usually interacts with guests. Guest access About access: - The property is very spacious and guests can have access to all the premises of the space. - The vehicle can be parked inside the fenced patio, in an uncovered area next to the house. - You can get around the neighborhood on foot. There is no public transportation service. - It is possible to walk and pedal safely through the streets and roads of the central and interior regions. Other things to note About the location and space: The land on which Cabana Montana is located is a private property of 25 hectares and is shared with the owners of the inn who occupy another residence nearby. Near the accommodation are bars and markets where you can do your shopping or go out for dinner and lunch. The stay is located 10 km from Nova Petrópolis, 45 km from Gramado and 80 km from Porto Alegre.
