This 300 sq. ft. guest room can accommodate 2 adults and includes WiFi, Netflix, games and more. Your beach town getaway awaits! Don't miss your chance, book today! The space Cozy up on the comfy queen bed or bamboo chairs, and enjoy abundant natural light and a view of Lake Simcoe across the road. Go out for a nice walk or bike ride (2 bikes provided). Optional stand-up paddle boards available for rent - the beach is large and shallow for easy, enjoyable paddle boarding. Equipped with a patio dining set, BBQ, and fire pit (wood NOT provided). Only one guest parking spot in the driveway (1 vehicle limit). *Outdoor furniture, fire pit and bikes are seasonal May-Oct only. Guest access This is an open-concept guest suite attached to the main house. There is a door that leads to the main house inside your suite, but it remains locked. Guests have access to a private patio outside your suite, but are not allowed to use the main backyard. Other things to note Looking for an exciting activity to do during your stay?
