Relax in our large, cozy, and clean home. Enjoy the 200" theater room, covered back patio, and great workspaces. This safe neighborhood has a basketball court, a playground, a park, and a pool (open seasonally mid-April to mid-October) just across the street. This Austin suburb home has easy access to Lake Pflugerville, Typhoon Texas, Kalahari, Circuit of Americas, Dell Diamond, The Domain, and downtown Austin. Less than 10 minutes from shopping centers, waterparks, golf courses, and trails. The space This spacious home sleeps 7 guests comfortably. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. Upon entry you will see the beautiful spiral staircase. The movie room is in the living room attached to the kitchen and dining room. It has two papasan chairs, a comfortable Italian leather sectional, surround sound and a 200" projector screen. In the dining room is a popcorn machine for our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed and some reclining chairs for reading. There is one office downstairs and one upstairs; both have monitors to use, and the upstairs has a gaming pc for our guests to enjoy. The loft has a comfortable cloth section with an ottoman, a 65 in. tv, and surround sound. The bear room has a pressure relieving mattress and a tv. There is a bathroom right along the hallway for the bear room. The other two rooms are connected to a bathroom. One of the rooms has a California king bed, while the other has a full size bed, but with the best views of the green space and amenities in front of the house. Within a five-mile radius of this home, you will find three gas stations, HEB, Costco, Walmart, Aldi's, Target, Lake Pflugerville, Stone hill shopping center (which has over 10 different restaurants and fast-food choices), and a Banner hospital. Enjoy a night on the back porch lit up with LED lights, a spacious backyard with fencing all around, and a pool table. There is a propane grill and a smoker for guests use. The open kitchen includes dishwasher, silverware, pots and pans, an oven, stove, a Tovala oven/air fryer, kitchen aid stand mixer, coffee maker, cooking supplies, seasonings, and storage containers for your leftovers. The Laundry room has all you will need to clean and dry your clothes. We supply a sensitive, ultra-safe baby detergent called noodle & boo. The WIFI is 1 Gbps fiber ( the fastest internet and unlimited too). We love to personalize all of our guests stay, so you will have a snack and drink bar where wine can be found for those who are 21 years or older. We also will have organic, fresh ground coffee ready for you to use and an assortment of all our favorite caffeinated and caffeine free teas. Welcome to our home, we hope you love it and we hope you enjoy our little gift we will choose special for you. Guest access We are happy to provide covered parking to one vehicle in the garage, but there will be plenty of parking in the drive way for other vehicles you may have. We will provide the pool key to access it during your stay (open seasonally mid-April to mid-October), and you are welcome to use all of the neighborhood amenities across the street. There will be guides on how to use all things inside of the home and outside of the home. We hope you can enjoy both the inside of the house and the outside. The front porch has a really nice porch swing that we suggest our guest to enjoy in the mornings while drinking coffee and in the evenings to watch the gorgeous sunset placed right in front of the house. Other things to note We love to enjoy holidays and seasons, therefore we will have related decorations periodically changing in the home. Also, the 200" projection screen in the living room works best at night after the sun has settled down (the living room gets a lot of natural daylight). During the day we have a wonderful upstairs sectional and 65 in tv with the same surround sound setup.
