Ashworth does not allow pets, motorcycles, or trailers. There is a vehicle height limit of 7 feet 10 inches. Students/student groups are not allowed. Families only. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in. This is a non-smoking unit. There is parking for oversized vehicles. The parking deck is attached to the complex. There are 4 elevators in the building. 2 parking passes are provided for your stay. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After you have checked in and arrived at your rental, if you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to our office right away. All efforts to resolve the problem will be made immediately. Please do not wait until check-out to inform us of any problems that may have existed. Our staff has the right to enter a property for repairs and inspections (if necessary) when a service call is made.
