This chic, modernly furnished apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet environment in the beautiful village and yet you can quickly reach the sea on foot. This vacation home with an area of about 100 m² is great for 6 people and welcomes you in combination with a hallway, kitchen, living area and three bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, sink and all the equipment for cooking and serving. The large cozy dining area offers space for shared meals, game nights or planning the next day of the vacation. The two bathrooms with windows offer a low-entry shower, sink with mirror and a towel radiator. There is also enough space for 6 people. Underfloor heating in the large bathroom ensures comfortably warm feet. The comfortable couch leaves nothing to be desired and you can relax here with an exciting TV evening and fireplace. A flat-screen TV, radio & CD player, books and games are available for your entertainment. Sleeping comfort can be found in all bedrooms, as they are equipped with high-quality beds. In two bedrooms there are comfortable double beds (180*200 cm), in another sleeping area there are two comfortable single beds, which can also be converted into a double bed. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic terrace, which invites you to sunbathe all day due to the good sunny location. Here you will find garden furniture, a large awning and relaxing loungers, the existing grill completes the offer for a chilly summer evening. The whole house offers sufficient privacy through the existing blinds and shutters. In the basement area there is the washing machine and dryer. A parking space is located directly at the property. Enjoy the quiet location and relaxed paths to the promenade, to the sandy beach or into the village. The entrance to the Großenbrode Nature Trail is also not far away. Your dog is just part of it for you on vacation? He is welcome in this apartment! Our tip: enjoy shared walks on the southern beach (only from November-March) or year-round at Großenbrode's kilometer-long coastal sections, in the Feldmark or on the natural west beach at the Fehmarn-Sund Bridge. * **All of our vacation properties are non-smoking apartments.
