The property is located in the NW hills of Portland, AKA Cedar Mill. 6 miles west of downtown portland, 3 miles from Nike campus and just a couple exits from the Oregon Zoo. The home is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, large driveway with plenty of parking; even for RV’s if necessary. Your hosts may be present in common areas such as the yard and the garage. As well as the basement, which is separate and not included in the listing but otherwise the property is all yours! The space There is a very spacious sundeck with lounge chairs, loveseat, a dining table with Sunbrella and a swinging love seat. The backyard is surrounded by fir trees, has a fire pit, propane and charcoal bbqs and fenced in yard. Inside the garage there is a Pool table, Dart Board, GYM, Croquet, Cornhole, putt putt golf, there is also a half court horse shoe pit in the yard. Guest access You have full access to the entire house, deck, front and back yard; as well as the washer and dryer and pool table in the garage. Other things to note The washer and dryer and pool table are in the garage and the bbq is in the backyard. To access the garage you just exit the kitchen side door, walk down the stairs to the right and the garage door is to the left.
