There are no interior walls (except for the bathroom), giving it an open and functional layout. It’s a bright, exterior-facing space with a compact design, fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and convenient. 🛏️ Sleeping Area The studio features a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing and recharging after a day of exploring or working. 🚿 Bathroom There is a private, full bathroom, equipped with everything you need for your daily comfort. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is small but well-equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. You’ll find basic utensils, dishes, and appliances. There’s also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals solo, with a partner, or a guest. 🧺 Laundry The studio does not have a washing machine, but there are several laundry services just a short walk away. 🏢 The Building The building has an elevator, but it does not stop directly on the apartment’s floor, so you’ll need to walk up a short flight of stairs. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and faces the street, so you may hear some noise from the usual activity outside. The windows have good insulation, but since it’s a lively area, some street sounds may still be noticeable. Additionally, the walls between rooms are somewhat thin, so you might occasionally hear noise from other parts of the apartment. 📏 Space Size The apartment is 20 square meters, smartly distributed to offer you a practical and cozy stay. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before arrival. Other things to note The building does not offer elevator service. Given its central location in a vibrant city like Madrid, it's natural that urban life extends late into the night and starts early in the morning, which is part of the city's charm. About Cleaning: We want to inform you that our cleaning services are carried out with the highest standards of disinfection and quality, using specialized products for this purpose. Additionally, as we have always done, we guarantee a 100% change of all textiles with each new check-in, including bed linens, towels, bath mats, and even kitchen cloths. Water Heater: The apartment is equipped with an electric water heater that provides hot water. Careful use is recommended to ensure a continuous supply and to enjoy all the comforts. Check-In: Access to phone calls and/or an internet connection is necessary to use the self-check-in system and to communicate with me in case immediate assistance is needed.
