We've furnished it with the cook, baker, bartender, reader, adventurer, game player, and zen seeker in mind. The spacious property allows serenity and the homey comforts & unique touches will make it a memorable stay. The outdoor fire table provides a cozy evening retreat to unwind and town is only minutes drive away. Kanab Pad will make an excellent home base for your vacation adventures! The space ***Kanab Pad*** modern, funky, spacious, and beyond the basics! -Kitchen- *Full set of dishes, glasses, serving trays, bowls, and cocktail shaker and stemware. *Cookware and bakeware includes pots, pans, plenty of utensils, casserole dishes, baking sheets, cake pans, and muffin tins. *Appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, crock pot, hand mixer, crepe maker, and sandwich press. -Living Room- *Watch your favorite shows on the 55" Roku TV with Netflix and HBO/Max. *Enjoy games and puzzles or dig deep into the maps and guidebooks of endless local adventures. *Large windows with red rock views. -3 Bedrooms- *Owner's suite (upstairs) with king bed, black out blinds, closet with hangers and luggage rack, couch and chair sitting area, on suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. *Large bedroom suite (downstairs) has a king bed, fold out queen bed, black out blinds, chairs and seating area, 55" Roku TV with Netflix and HBO/Max, luggage rack, tea kettle and mugs w/ tea and instant coffee, and an assortment of our favorite books. *Third bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed, black out blinds, closet with hangers, luggage rack, sitting chair, and more of our favorite books. - 3 Bathrooms- *3 Full bathrooms each with toilet, sink, and shower: 1 off main living space (upstairs), 1 in owner's suite (upstairs), and 1 adjacent to bedrooms/office (downstairs). *Large bath sheets (none of those tiny towels), hand towels, & wash clothes. *Shampoo and conditioner. -Office, Laundry, and Outdoors- *Office with desk, monitor, high speed internet, and a door that closes. *Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. *Outdoor seating area with gas BBQ grill. * Amazing STARGAZING!!! on the 2+ acres. -Parking- *Private, off-street parking for up to 6-7 vehicles. *Plenty of room for RV or ATV trailer parking (U-shaped driveway for easy in/out of longer vehicles). Guest access Guest have full private access to the main house and access of the 2 acres of property. There is a separate casita building on the property which we sometimes visit; guests are given space and privacy. Other things to note If traveling with an infant or small child, a foldable crib (pack n' play), high chair, and baby swing are available upon request. *Note this is a two story house. The main living areas, a bathroom, owner's suite and attached bathroom, and laundry room is upstairs. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and office are downstairs.
