You will have access to the entire home, patio, and yard. The only restricted areas are a small supply closet and the home's basement. Other things to note ATTENTION GOLFERS! This home is centrally located to the numerous world-class courses of the region. Just 5 minutes from the courses of Midland Road – Mid Pines, Pine Needles, Talamore, etc. – and only 10 minutes to Pinehurst Resort clubhouse.
