The inviting living room features a warm gas fireplace — the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and share stories from the day. Sleeping arrangements include: • Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed • Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total) — perfect for families or groups Guests also enjoy access to: • Private ski lockers for convenient gear storage • North Peak’s outdoor heated pool Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, or a peaceful mountain retreat, this North Peak condo makes a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay! The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. ~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
