The space This property is located 1/2 mile from Knocti Casino and Marina; 1/2 mile to the nearest wine tasting and 2 miles to the Drive-In cinema. It is primarily used by professional/semi pro bass fishermen, kayakers, boaters and for those who like the outdoors. This detached house is in a quiet neighborhood and will sleep 7 in (2) kings, queen and a single day bed. Our King mattresses are high quality memory foam of medium firmness and less than 1 year old. The queen is new as of September 2025 and is a hybrid mattress. It is also medium firmness but with a pillow top. There are (3) Tv’s on the property. The remodeled house boasts bamboo and tile floors. A fully functional kitchen with a new fridge, dishwasher, micro hood and stove. AC/Heat is supplied by the Split Systems in each room. Exposed wood ceilings in the 2 larger bedrooms and living room. Plenty of parking for 2 boats/trailers, cars and trucks. Bring your kayak, jet ski and water toys. External electricity available for boats and EV. The backyard patio is great for laying in the sun and has BBQ, table, chairs and lounge chairs. The backyard is fully enclosed and the dock is separated from the yard with a fence and gate. The dock will hold a 20’ boat or jet ski’s of equivalent size and entrance to the dock is gated for the security of children. Fishing from the dock can yield some nice sized fish. Our back and front yards enjoy frequent visits from an abundance of local wild life including various species of ducks, herons, grebes, geese, pelicans, a pair of white swans, red-tailed hawks, osprey, turtles, river otters and more. This property is a basic lake county home. House Rules/Info: 1. 25 or older for all adults unless a parent or guardian is onsite during the entire stay. 2. HOA Restrictions: a copy of a government ID for all adults is required after booking to verify the age requirement. You may block all info except for picture, f/l name, DOB, city/state. 3. No visitors allowed. 4. Non smokers. Smoking, vaping or pot is not allowed anywhere inside or outside on this property. 5. There are external security cameras on this property facing the front, back and side yards. 6. Please, no tackle boxes on the wood floors or counters. do not use the garbage disposal for fish guts. 7. the carport will hold 2 -4 cars/trucks/boats and there is street parking for a boat or additional vehicle 8. The channel is affected by water levels which are out of our control. Please research first to make sure your boat can navigate the channel. 9. You are in the country and there are plenty of spiders, mosquitoes, ants, flies, etc. We have monthly professional exterminators but you will still have bugs. Please take note. 10. If you find anything broken or dirty, please notify me immediately so I can rectify the issues.
