There are 4 apartments available, each individually decorated – 2 One bedroom and 2 studios, just completely renovated with the addition of air conditioning. Only 20 minutes from Old Town Puerto Vallarta, yet so much different. A traditional Mexican village, offering a relaxed uncommercial stay. It is a small, rustic, bustling fishing village. The Malecon location offers easy walks within Boca de Tomatlan. Palapa restaurants, taco stands, cafes, and markets just minutes from the Villa. Consider Boca as your headquarters for your venturing, traditional Mexican dining and resting after a busy day. Apartment # 2 is a one-bedroom unit with large terrace, accentuating an indoor-outdoor ambiance. Terrace is furnished with Parota table and seating, an umbrella, and 2 lounge chairs. The bedroom can be visually separated from the living area with the shutters. The west-side location provides a slightly quieter atmosphere than our other one-bedroom apartment. Although on the first level, with our hillside location, it is above street-level providing panoramic jungle and water views.
