This gorgeous apartment is positioned on the edge of West End and South Brisbane and only moments away from the city, Southbank, supermarkets, Fish Lane, restaurants and bars. The apartment has been set up with everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. You will be able to make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine on the balcony and enjoy a wonderful night sleep on the extremely comfortable bed. Dedicated secure undercover parking. The space The spacious apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with city views. The property has an outdoor dining area. Guest access In addition, to access to the apartments guests will also have access to the communal outdoor swimming pool and garden. Other things to note Thank you for staying in my beautiful home. The place has been set up for your convenience. This is my home and as such, I have a couple of conditions which should in no way impact your holiday. - My home has been set up to accommodate no more than 2 people overnight. Any unauthorised guest not listed on the booking will incur an additional fee of $150pp per night (unless previously agreed with me in writing). - I have an excellent relationship with my neighbours. There is to be no noise after 11pm or before 6am (seven days a week). If my neighbours call to complain about the noise, I will contact you. If I cannot reach you or if the noise continues that will be an instant eviction and you will not receive any refund for any days not used. There is a strict No Party policy. No more than 4 people are allowed in the property (unless agreed with me in writing) Infringement of this rule will result in instant eviction without a refund. There is a minut sound sensor in the unit which will advise me of excess noise. It does not record anything. - The place is to be left in a reasonably clean, undamaged state when vacating the premises. I pay professional cleaners to clean after every guest. If there are any additional charges, then these costs will be passed on to you and taken out of your bond. There will be a $100 fee for picking up cigarette butts and an additional $350 fee if there is any smoke smell inside the unit. Please do not rearrange the furniture or décor. - There is only 1 set of keys and these are to be are to be returned to the lockbox at the end of your stay. If you are locked out and require us to visit the property then there will be a fee which is charged by the building management. Lost keys or access swipes are subject to a $350 replacement charge. - Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when playing in common areas of building. Eg pool, rooftop, garden, carpark - Check-out time is 10am. If you require a late check-out please contact me before your arrival and if we don’t have another booking then I will do my best to accommodate your request. - First time guest without review may be required to provide me with Identification and proof of age.
