There is ample parking and SARTA has a stop right outside and offers convenient transport to a variety of local activities that make this location such a hotspot. The downstairs apartment is very spacious and all on one level. Entry is through the back door and up 4 steps where you enter into the kitchen and dinette space. You can also go downstairs into the basement where the washer and dryer are located. This space opens up into the living room and accesses both bedrooms and the full bath. The upstairs apartment is cozy and can be accessed through interior or exterior stairs. The kitchen, bath, living room and two bedrooms are all accessed through the main hallway. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole house, driveway and yard. Other things to note **If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered "standard".
