Sixth on the Park

Sixth on the Park is just north of Market Street across from Bicentennial Park - stroll to the Riverwalk! The house has plenty of outdoor living space: a fenced in garden, a screened back porch and a welcoming sitting porch out front for greeting the neighbors out walking their dogs (pets are welcome upon approval and with a pet fee of $100 per pet). Relax and enjoy your stay... Get the best of what Cape Fear has to offer - the cultural attractions of downtown and the not-so-far-away beach! The space Inside, Sixth on the Park features queen beds in the 2nd foor front and back bedrooms and a bunk bed that sleeps three in the middle bedroom (double bottom, single top). Guest access All spaces are available for guests along with one offstreet parking space. Other things to note Trash day is Monday. Recycling is every other monday. If you are in the home on a Sunday, please bring can(s) to the front.
