Large Group House in the Shenandoah Valley

This charming house is located in the lovely Shenandoah Valley. It is ideal for large groups who still value the comfort of private rooms. With 13 bedrooms and 16 beds, up to 30 people can stay together in this beautiful and conveniently located home. Situated on one of Berryville's historic main streets, one can walk to restaurants and shops while only a short drive away from everything else the Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The space Perfect for a large group, the house consists of 13 bedrooms and can sleep up to 30 guests. Many of the rooms have independent sitting areas and desks for personal or WFH use. There are 6 full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, and 1 half-bath. A large comfy sectional couch adorns the lodge-style living room just around the corner from the breakfast nook complete with a coffee cart and high top table. The fully equipped industrial-style kitchen is ideal for those who wish to cook during their stay. Additionally, there is a large recreation area just off of the dining room that many have used for group meetings, yoga, play area, etc. When in need of a little fresh air, a private picnic table sits just outside on the patio under string lights in addition to an inviting front porch overlooking one of downtown Berryville's historic main streets. Private off-street parking is available behind the house, however, downtown Berryville's restaurants and boutique shops are within walking distance. A short, beautiful drive through the valley can take you to wonderful hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and the historic Harper's Ferry. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
