The Oudon Farm house on the water pool & spa

In Calvados, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region, the Ferme de L'Oudon & SPA welcomes you for a stay in our four-star guest houses, suites, or guest rooms. Enjoy the charm of an 18th-century farmhouse, fully renovated with high-quality materials, combining comfort with lush green surroundings. Our team is at your service to offer you relaxing breaks in our spa and gourmet experiences with our Table d'Hôtes dining service. The space Le Lavoir is a magical spot by the water, comprising a 40 m² cottage with its own terrace. The cottage, a duplex, includes on the GROUND FLOOR: an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, two-burner cooktop, mini-bar, kettle, espresso machine, etc.), a dining area, and a small living area with a TV and fireplace. The fireplace is functional from All Saints' Day to Easter. Le Lavoir has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This cottage features a 160 cm bed in a mezzanine. Le Lavoir does not have a separate bedroom; the bed is located in an open mezzanine on the first floor of the duplex. Please note: the upstairs sleeping area is only accessible via a spiral staircase. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Lavoir and its private 1-hectare park, where you can stroll, offer a truly special moment in a verdant oasis. Included in your stay: free access to our spa from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Enjoy our indoor pool and sauna :) Spa access is shared with other guests of the farm. - Our regional dinners are available for €33 per person. - Our Norman appetizer platters are available for €28 per person. - Massages and body treatments: reservations and availability. Other things to note To best prepare for your stay and facilitate your arrival, please note the following information: - Accommodations are available from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. - Self check-in is available after 7:00 PM and on Sundays. - Our shared spa (including the indoor pool and sauna) is open to all our guests from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. - La Ferme de l'Oudon is a bed and breakfast with a total of 9 accommodations. - We provide all our guests with linens (sheets and bath towels). - We do not charge a cleaning fee for our accommodations. Out of respect, we ask that you leave them clean. - We also accept certain pets upon prior request. We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night.
