This is a cozy Tokyo typical 1 bedroom located in “Hatagaya” station a super convenient local Japanese neighborhood with lots of shops, also 4 minutes train ride or 2 stops to big hub SHINJUKU. (address is Shibuya) About 10 minutes taxi from Shinjuku. It is a 20 year+ mid size apartment nothing fancy but you can experience the real Japanese life while rest with total quietness away from city noises. There are 2 beds to share best for couple, or small family with small kids. The space You can have total privacy of the humble 1 bedroom with a small balcony. Building auto lock with passcode entry only for building residents. The apartment will provide: - free fast optical fiber WiFi - small flatscreen color TV - 2 air conditions/heaters - refrigerator - microwave - washing machine (no dry in JP we hang dry) - lap top friendly desk - iron - hair dryer - toaster - rice cooker - IH kitchen with simple cooking tools - dishes, bowl, pot and pan - towel per person, body soap, shampoo, detergent - a folded baby bed (do in yourself) - ashtray for smoking at balcony only - no toothpaste(personal hygiene) **is not a new apartment so you will feel the past living touches here and there, so please don’t expect a hotel new feel. Check out: Before 11am Other things to note Please read the following common sense house rules before booking: - residential neighbors are sensitive to noises especially at night. - prefer no late check in later than 9pm, which means airport arrival at 6pm latest unless notify me BEFORE booking. Late check in is still possible before midnight if you are a small group and keep your noises down.
