Enjoy the charm of an 18th-century farmhouse, fully renovated with high-quality materials, combining comfort with lush green surroundings. Our team is at your service to offer you relaxing breaks in our spa and gourmet experiences with our Table d'Hôtes dining service. The space The Maison Spa Majorel, with a surface area of ​​80 m², can accommodate up to 4 people. For the well-being of our guests, we have created a private spa in this guest house, which is located in a former dairy adjoining the farmhouse. This single-story house, situated in the main farmhouse, features a fully equipped kitchen (conventional oven, microwave, gas cooktop, minibar, and refrigerator), a spacious living room with a TV area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bathtub. The fireplace is operational from All Saints' Day to Easter. The master bedroom, for two people, opens through large bay windows onto your private relaxation area, which includes a private Jacuzzi spa. Two additional people can be accommodated thanks to the comfortable 160 cm sofa bed located in the living room. Included in your stay: - Free access to our shared spa (pool + sauna) from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm - A private jacuzzi La Ferme de l'Oudon offers various services for the comfort of its guests: - Breakfast service at €20 per adult and €15 per child under 12 (daily) - Our regional dinners at €33 per person - Our charcuterie boards at €28 for 2 people - Massages and body treatments (by reservation and subject to availability) Other things to note To best prepare for your stay and facilitate your arrival, please note the following information: - Accommodations are available from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. - Self check-in is available after 7:00 PM and on Sundays. - Our shared spa (including the indoor pool and sauna) is open to all our guests from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. - La Ferme de l'Oudon is a bed and breakfast with a total of 9 accommodations. - We provide all our guests with linens (sheets and bath towels). - We do not charge a cleaning fee for our accommodations. Out of respect, we ask that you leave them clean. - We also accept certain pets upon prior request. We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night.
