The space This recently renovated traditional Breton house located in Roscoff is in a quiet and pleasant environment 300 meters from the sea. You will appreciate this south-facing building of character and its sheltered garden for holidays with family or friends. The house offers a cozy atmosphere and has 8 beds. The ground floor consists of the living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a cellar. The main room invites you to relax and have friendly evenings. The dining room is equipped with a new kitchen with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). In the cellar, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The first floor serves a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet; 4 bedrooms including one for baby (cot and changing table). The second floor serves a bedroom as well as a landing with an exercise bike, board games and reading. Each room is equipped with storage so you can store your belongings and feel at home. The garden is a small cocoon away from prying eyes without any shared ownership. Garden furniture and deckchairs allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors. A barbecue is available in the small shed. A carport at the entrance to the garden allows you to park two cars. Guest access Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. Other things to note Roscoff is a city of character rich in heritage. Come and discover its old port with its many restaurants and lively summer evenings. A Thalasso center opens its doors for access to treatments or simply to swim in heated seawater. You can also take the boat to spend a day on the Île de Batz, which is off the coast of Roscoff (15-minute crossing). You can walk to the exotic garden and take the coastal trails to discover the coastline. If you like water activities, you have the option to go to the surf school on the large beach of Dossen "Dossen Surf School" (sand yachting, surfing, paddleboarding).
