Stunning Studio - Easy Access to Airport/Atlanta

Stunning Studio sleeps 4 - 1 queen bed can be shared for 2 guests and one futon sofa suitable for 1-2 guests. The Studio is separate from the main house with its own entrance and bathroom - there’s a kitchenette with a dining table, a bedroom area with a queen bed ensemble, a living room area with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen tv, and a pool/ping-pong table in the play area. The private entrance is on the right side of the property. You are renting the entire studio space, not the house. The space The Studio is on the bottom right side of the property. It is located in a private subdivision with several grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters and shops nearby. Our Clayton County Olympic Park boasts a water park, walking and biking trails, playground, picnic areas, and a lake. The Road to Tara Tours and the Civil War/historical sites are ten minutes away. Atlanta with additional numerous attractions is thirteen miles away. Stunning Studio is a relaxing and comfortable place we know you will enjoy! Guest access Your private entrance is on the right side of the property down a short walkway. There is a smart lock on the door. Your code is sent to you before your check in time. To enter the Studio, tap the screen on the smart lock, tap numbers appearing on the screen, when screen clears, enter your code, and the door automatically opens. Washer/dryer access is only for guests with 7+ days reservation. Guests with 14+ days reservation, please contact host for further instructions. We are always happy to hear from you. Other things to note Free WiFi You’re welcome to use your own Netflix, HULU, Disney account information to sign into and watch movies, etc. Please remember to sign out when done. There’s a heating unit and an AC unit for your perfect temperature. No Pets allowed. No Smoking on the Premises. Please do not use the trash bin across from the Studio (it belongs to the neighbors). Please only use the trash bin inside the fence by pulling the green string and pushing the fence gate open. In an attempt to keep our rates low, please turn off all electricals when they are not in use and when leaving the Studio. Upon leaving the Studio, simply pull the door shut and the smart lock will automatically lock the door in a minute or so.
