There is a closed in man cave outside by the pool with it's own TV & bar area + a pergola w/gas grill for fun family dinners. Enjoy the fully fenced back yard w/your kids & pets! You will love the quiet solitude here - we think it's MAGICAL. Come make memories at the lake! The space Three bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows, all linens provided. Two full baths with clean towels and body wash, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in both showers. Blow dryers in both bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook - including pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cups, baking pans, cutlery, spices, etc. Three types of coffeemakers: drip, press and Keurig. Toaster oven and microwave plus full size double oven. Large living room with reclining sofa. TV's with tons of channels. Free high speed Wi-Fi. Ceiling fans in all rooms plus extra fans in closets. Black out curtains in bedrooms. USB outlets in kitchen and master bedroom nightstands. Portable crib. Huge deck with new hot tub and swimming pool. Man Cave with TV, bar area and pool toys. Propane grill with tanks provided. Guest access You get the whole house - minus the owners closet and the garage. Other things to note We have a 3 car maximum, or if you have a boat there is probably only room for one more car. Pool service comes on Monday afternoons. Garbage is on Tuesdays. The camera on the deck is disabled when we have guests, the front door camera is not.
