Covered parking garage keeps you out of the elements from your vehicle to condo. Elevator access and ski locker makes this complex super convenient for your ski trip! The entrance to the condo provides a perfect nook for storing your jackets and boots. The beautiful kitchen opens up to the dining and living area to make for a nice open floor plan. Off the living area there is a huge balcony to spend warmer days in the winter and summer on. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, in-suite bathroom, and access to the balcony. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle as well. The second bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom which is also accessible off the kitchen. Living room has sleeper sofa. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. Grand Park Rec Center is just down the street with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground.
