This is an adorable studio apartment that has just been renovated. Walk right out the door to the sandy beach or toss a line in the water from the dock. This quiet cove is great for swimming, snorkeling and exploring the crystal-clear lake. Upon signing a release of lability waiver, express assumption of risk, waiver of claims and causes of action and indemnity agreement, guests may use the four paddle boards, canoe and kayaks (when water temperatures are safe). Guest access Guests will have full use of the lower level studio apartment and outside spaces which includes the sandy beach and fire pit. A network of dirt roads is great for taking walks or biking. Other things to note Guests may use the four paddle boards, two kayaks and canoe. Water-sports equipment is available during months when water temperatures are safe. Reservations accepted Monday morning through Friday afternoon. Guests staying for the week can get early check- in and late checkout. Note: reviews mention hot tub however the hot tub is no longer available for guests. Also, there is no kitchen, kitchen sink or cooktop. There is an outdoor gas grill for guest to use. There is also an outdoor fire pit with a grate that can be used for cooking.
