Each feature a plush KING size bed, Smart TV, and black-out curtains for a restful sleep. Enjoy direct access to the deck where you’ll find a large hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The living room of this property features a high-quality leather sleeper sofa, complete with a built-in memory foam topper for ultimate comfort. Blackout curtains provide privacy and ensure a restful sleep for all. The bedding is located in the storage bench nearby. 🔹🔹BATHROOMS🔹🔹 The three bathrooms provide plenty of space for all our guests to use during their stay. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a closet, vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The second full bathroom is conveniently located a short distance from the bedroom and game room. This features a larger tub/shower combo and vanity. The third bathroom is a half bath located between the living and dining space. We provide a starter pack of shampoo, soap and body wash. Please plan to bring more for long stays. You’ll have plenty of towels and also a washer & dryer on the first floor. 🔹🔹Kitchen&Living Room🔹🔹 The second floor is home to an open concept living area, perfect for listening to some old records or just relaxing in front of the 75’’ Smart TV. Log on to your fav streaming channel and cozy up next to the electric fire place on the plush leather sofa. We designed this area to be a comfy and inviting space that you’ll love to spend time in. The kitchen is a home cook’s dream, featuring gleaming granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Whether you’re a gourmet chef or just enjoy whipping up a quick meal, this fully stocked kitchen has everything (but food) you’ll need to make a delicious meal. In addition to the major appliances, we also stocked the cabin with a few of our fav small appliances. An air fryer, rice maker and waffle maker are available to our guests! 🔹🔹Entertainment🔹🔹 There’s lots to keep you busy in the cabin when you’re done site seeing. Challenge your family to a friendly game of air hockey or take a trip down memory lane and play a mean game of Pac Man. We also have a stash of board games if you need a break from electronics. After a long day of fun and competition, take the gang upstairs to roast marshmallows under the stars, surrounded by twinkly string lights. Or downstairs to the huge hot tub that is always hot and ready for our guests at all times. 🐶PET POLICY: Up to 2 Dogs welcome for a pet fee of $180. Guests will need to bring all supplies needed for their dog and be prepared to clean up dog waste. -no dogs on furniture unless guest brings dedicated blankets *especially bedding* -dogs must be with owner at all times or crated if left in cabin -please keep dogs on leashes outdoors since we are in a neighborhood setting *rugs will be cleaned thoroughly after stays to provide a comfortable environment for the following guests -please review pictures carefully to determine if this cabin is a good fit for your particular dog:) 🗯 BOOK TODAY! The cabin’s prime location offers easy access to some of the area’s top attractions. You're just 5 miles from the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, 8 miles from The Island's shops and restaurants, 13 miles from the charming town of Gatlinburg, and 14 miles from the stunning Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 🗯 Guest access You’ll have the entire cabin to yourself! We have a few small owners closets that are locked along with a locked utility closet in one of the bedrooms. Other things to note The RENTER agrees to abide by the following rules when they rent this property: ♦️DOGS must be disclosed before booking ♦️NO SMOKING($500 fine) ♦️NO PARTIES/EVENTS($500 fine & against airbnb policy) -Water supply is from a well. We suggest buying bottled water and ice for your stay. -6 person maximum, -Renter must be at least 18 years old to book and remain during the length of the stay. -We do not refund for weather-related conditions -We do not provide/guarantee a supply of disposable items (ziplock bags,plastic wrap etc) 📸 There are 2 security cameras. One points at the lower entrance towards the driveway and grill, the other points at the entrance to the kitchen facing the garbage cans. Guests will need to use stairs to access the entire property. There are two entrances. One on the lower level that goes directly to the bedrooms (both bedrooms have smart locks). The upper level can be accessed indoors through the game room or outside by the staircase. Please do not book if stairs are an issue. ♦️Children must be supervised in and around the cabin as we do not have fences or gates♦️ There are 3 TVs total. Streaming services only- NO CABLE TV Free Wi-Fi . Supports streaming multiple devices 🟢This is a new neighborhood of only 4 cabins. This means the grass and landscaping has not quite grown in yet. The lot across from us is empty and you may see a truck or two pass through as we all continue to enhance our surroundings. Pests: We have a professional team of pest control experts who service our cabin monthly. It’s impossible to get rid of every bug that may get in the cabin, but we sure do try Toiletries & Paper Products: We provide a starter supply of bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Most guests comment on how well-stocked our properties are, but you may need to bring/buy more supplies to support your stay. —FIRE PIT — we try to always have 1 full propane tank for our guests. Please let us know if you switch out the tanks. IF you arrive and both tanks are empty there is a BP gas station 3 miles away that you can switch out the tanks at. *We will reimburse you the cost ($23) Please do not leave food outside. We do not want to attract any animals, big or small. All garbage should be securely placed in the bear-proof cage outside the cabin.
