Our villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size and queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a ensuite bathroom. The living room is cozy and stylish, with a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The highlight of our villa is the private pool, where you can swim, or sunbathe. The pool area also has a sunbed, and a lounge chair for your enjoyment. Our villa is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and attractions. We provide free Wi-Fi, parking, and weekly housekeeping service. We also offer airport transfer, car rental, and tour booking services upon request. Our friendly and helpful staff will make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. You will also receive a welcome pack with some fruits and drinks. Our friendly staff will be available 24/7 to answer any questions and help you with anything you need. We want you feel at home and have a memorable stay with us. Other things to note CLEANING You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1 time linen change. Schedule will provide upon arrival date. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (1,300 THB/time). On departure it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean! SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food! BREAKAGES We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! BEACH EQUIPMENT We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use BATH TUB We have bathtub available for your use. BED LINEN / TOWELS Bed linen and towels is available for you. There will be 6 sets of bath towels and pool towels and it will be changed once a week of you stay 1 week minimum. GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING Please do not leave garbage in front of the villa. You can find big trash near the pump room WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE In case of power outage please let us know or you shall do pre check with reception area if it’s happen only in your villa or the whole area.
