This unique gentleman’s ranch (not a working ranch) sits on nearly 7 acres. Pool service (NOT heated) and landscape service are included (no additional fees, but there will be onsite technicians caring for the pool and landscaping periodically, but they will never enter the residence). We also include (required for every stay) general housekeeping service every 14 days; the housekeeper will clean approximately two weeks after arrival/check-in, and every 14 days thereafter (approximately) for the duration of your stay, as well as upon check-out. General housekeeping includes vacuuming, dusting, and sanitization of baths and kitchen. Laundry is not included during your stay (it is only included in the check-out cleaning service, which is included in the one-time flat rate $200 cleaning fee). If additional housekeeping service is desired (i.e., laundry during your stay, or cleaning more often), guests are welcome to make arrangements with our housekeeper to discuss additional services and associated fees. However, the required general housekeeping service described above is included in the flat rate cleaning fee of $200 for every booking. All cleaning fees are passed on directly to the housekeeper. Garage entry keypad code will be provided on the day of check-in. No keys are provided. No cameras. Minimal check-out procedures (dishes and trash). The driveway is very long, winding through the 7 acre parcel. We do provide a golf cart for guest use to transport the trash bin to the street for weekly pickup on Thursdays. We do ask that the golf cart NOT be used for any other purpose. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive the golf cart for safety reasons. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home. However, the 7 acre parcel is shared with a 1/1 guesthouse, located approximately 2 acres away from the main house. The one bedroom/one bathroom guesthouse is also available for rent. You will have private access to the attached 2 car garage. You will NOT have access to the standalone 4 car garage or the guesthouse. The pool is NOT heated.
