Top 2 Floors of Sonoma County Vineyard Tank House

JB Family Ranch is on 20 acres of wine country seclusion, surrounded by world-class Pinot Noir vineyards in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County and views galore. Each room had a separate entrance and in a different building from the main house. One is on the second floor and the other is on the third floor of our tank house. Perfect for two couples or one family that wants to split into two rooms. Close to vineyards, restaurants, parks, and downtown Sebastopol and Healdsburg. The space The third-floor bathroom has a shower and the second-floor bathroom has a bathtub (NO shower, so great for those that love a good bath). Each bathroom has their own toilet, sink, robes, etc. Guest access You can enjoy roaming and hiking on our property. There is great hiking nearby. You can park right in front of our tank house. For those with EVs, we have an EV charger on site. Additionally, we have a Peloton and Tempo Fitness system in our garage for those that want a workout while on vacation.
