Entry is outside the front door and around the building. * PLEASE NOTE MUST HAVE ABILITY TO USE STAIRS Other things to note * Front Row Seat- on your private patio for the Hart Sparks Firework Show *The two twin mattresses are located in the bedroom closets. * During the colder winter months we bring outdoor furniture in LATE CHECKOUT- My cleaning crew will get there promptly at 10:15 am most days. A late checkout must be requested around the booking date, and is approved upon availability. WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE LAST MINUTE LATE CHECKOUTS. Our cleaning crew has a fully booked schedule most weeks, and typically we have new guests checking in the same day. We appreciate your compassion and understanding! PETS ARE ALLOWED DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER THROUGH MARCH ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO TICK SEASON. All pets require a pre-approval, and we only allow 2 pets per stay.
